How To Create A Healing Light With Hypnosis

Hi, I'm Michelle with Beaudry Hypnosis on behalf of Expert Village. This segment, I will be talking with you about healing. Healing yourself with your own healing light. I hope that you already know that body, mind, no difference. Such as you think is as you are, and your intention to heal yourself makes all the difference in the world. Let me give you an example. We all know someone that was told by a doctor, oh, you only have two months to live, and they lived for years. We also all know somebody who is oh, you only have two months to live and, sure enough, they believe the doctor and now they're in the far beyond. Your intention to heal matters hugely. What your healing light will give to you is a visual means of doing the process of healing yourself. For example, imagine your healing light. It can be how ever many colors you wish it could be, as bright or as dim, as large or as small as you like. But for this example, let us imagine I have carpal tunnel, which I don't have anymore, but I have used my healing light on my carpal tunnel. So in this example I imagine my healing light as being sparkley, white and gold, and it was just the perfect texture and density. And as I had my healing light pulsing up and down the area afflicted by the carpal tunnel, and imagined the information normalizing, reducing the swelling until my arm felt completely comfortable. It did take a few times in hypnosis, self-hypnosis mind you, to entirely be rid of my carpal tunnel. But it was easily done. Now, your healing light might be blue, or it might be yellow, it might be green. It's different for everyone. But know this: Your healing light can also encompass your entire body. Say you wish to work on your circulatory system or your nervous system, your healing light can work on any system that you tell it to go to. Also in hypnosis your healing light can shrink down to the tiniest single cell. Yes, you can repair cell by cell. Of course you can. Of course you can, because your healing light represents your intention to heal. And for those of you looking to heal injuries, may I also suggest that you forgive your injury and forgive your body for the injury. That will aid you on your healing as well.
