Hi my name is Jerimae Yoder on behalf of Expert Village we're going to want to plan it out your going to want to plan out your tour way in advance the first thing you should of probably do. You want to get a business plan together if you guys are in band and your also a business, your going to want to have a band bank account or business account that you guys can pull your money into so it doesn't become one guys has all the resources. Share everything that you guys have as far as a business plan put something together that states you know what your goals your objectives are and how your going to get to those goals by your objectives. Another words if you guys if your goals to make you know money on this tour to come on the positive so you can get some gear make that be your goal and so every venue that you go to is are you making that amount money that you need to make at that venue to reach goal. That's a good way of starting out and thats good way of planning what you guys are doing in setting goals toward yourself if it's just the biggest band in the world your probably not going to be the biggest band in the world, that's okay you can have that goal but realistic in your goals too. Just take the step by step by step I'm sure you to at one point decide that you want to be the biggest band in the world and they got to that but I'm sure that wasn't there first goal. Figure out what your going to need to accomplish your goal as far again as far money per venue merchandise sells per venue that your at and things like that, how many gigs you need to have along the way. Right it down get all out on the table and have everybody in that band sign it so you all know where your going you all know which way your heading and make sure everybody in the band is doing something to move the van forward on touring and getting ready to go.
