What Is The Hypnosis Forgiveness Pyramid?

Hi, I'm Michelle with Beaudry Hypnosis on behalf of Expert Village. Welcome to spiritual hypnosis. This segment is about the forgiveness pyramid. Why a pyramid, you might ask? Because there are three aspects of it, which gives us the idea of the triangle, and you complete them in steps. When you think forgiveness, I'm sure what first comes to mind is forgiveness of others and yes, that is first and most important. But second is not so obvious. Often when we're doing forgiveness work, we also have to deal with the issue of apologizing to people that we have hurt, not merely forgiving people who have hurt us. The third segment, very obvious as well, is self-forgiveness. I find so many people are still beating themselves up for things they did decades ago. Say to yourself that there's been enough punishment and it's time to forgive. So what do I mean by forgiveness? Forgive does not mean forget. It does not mean condone. When you do forgiveness work with a hypnotist, this doesn't mean you have to call anybody up. No. No. No. No. No. Forgiveness does not mean you let abusive people back into your life. Forgiveness means removing from your heart the anger, hatred and negativity that is still living there. This is to your benefit. It may be true that there are people who hurt you once, but I say to you that it is only you who continue to hurt you. Therefore, through forgiveness work you get clarity and you get peace. Now, there's a difference between forgiving people and forgiving events. This is why in the forgiveness pyramid we come at it very very thoroughly and step by step. This is a technique that I have developed over the years. The forgiveness of people is one thing. The forgiveness of what they actually did may very well be another. How long does it take to do the forgiveness pyramid in hypnosis? Anywhere from 20 minutes to two full sessions. Everyone is different and I understand that your situation, your situation is unique. So remember, healing and forgiveness are very very important, so allow the old hurts of the past to be healed. And what you will find is that your boundaries normalize. I've had people come in and go oh, I don't want to forgive. Then I'll be vulnerable and open to hurt again. And I say to you that the opposite is true. Once you forgive and get your spirit back in its proper balance, then people who are abusive are, in fact, far less likely to come anywhere near you, because you stop attracting those people. Only one of the many benefits of forgiveness work. Thank you for coming to Expert Village. I'm Michelle Beaudry. Thank you for visiting spiritual hypnosis. Thank you.
