Preservation Tips for Collectible Christmas Ornaments

Preserving your collection since these are very delicate ornaments they survive a very long time but I could say that I have broken a few right in my hand handling them but storing them in the correct size boxes is important. In other words don't try to squeeze a small ornament into box that is smaller then the ornament itself and also something to consider when you are putting these ornaments aways is stacking one onto of another one box like this one top of another is a storage area and then forgetting and then putting something heavier on them it could be disaster cause the following year you may go in and find that half of your ornaments are broken. So my suggestion is stack only your Christmas ornaments together don't over stack and try to put them in a dry space that is not moist and doesn't get to hot or to cold. When they get to hot and to cold you find that the oxidation speeds up on these ornaments so the best thing to do is try to preserve them in a temperature that is not to extreme and away from moisture which would help to preserve them for a lot more years of use and enjoyment so I would just suggest to be careful when you are putting them away in a box because just putting to much pressure on the ornament itself you can break them. Just a few suggesting on how to have your collection last for a very long time.
