Questions & AnswersWhat I'm going to talk about now is one of my personal favorite tricks the bunny hop to manual. Really it is just a combination off the bunny hop skills that we have already practice and the manuals skills that we have already practiced. Much like a deck manual you basically want to make sure that you don't generate to much upward momentum as you pick up your front wheel and kind of get on to the object. The more downward force that you have coming down the more difficult it is to land and maintain that balance point. So basically you want to make sure that your are hopping just enough to get right on the object so it is a very gentle motion when you have it down really well and you almost don't even make it up on you just kind of gently pull your back wheel back over and it should be a very smooth gentle motion when you have it really wire. Once you get into the manual if you are bunny hoping onto a object you generally are trying to get to the end of such a object usually dropping off. If it is just bunny hopping up on something later that type of thing so basically you want to make sure that you are looking ahead towards the end of that object and once you get up towards it look past cause if you start coming up on the edge of that object that you are trying to manual across and you look down at it all sudden your front wheel is going to drop off. You want to make sure to keep your front wheel off all the way to the end of the object that you are trying to manual. Here I will demonstrate this right now. You see I made sure to keep looking up, look towards the end of the object, and ride right off and stay relax and you are good to go.

hello im new and have ben doing FREESTYLE BMX for awile on my old bike i could do a manul wheely ad a bunnyhop i toatled it and got a mongoose KO to replayce it on thes bike i cand do any of the following wheely;whin i try to do one it just shooys back down manul;sane outcome as the wheely and the bunnyhop; on my old bike i could bh(bunny hop)about one foot on the new one i cant at all. is it mee or is the bike to heavy smooth rides
