How to Exfoliate Cheeks, Chin, & Neck

Hi my name is Anton and I’m here on behalf of ExpertVillage.com and today I’m going to demonstrate exfoliating the cheeks, chin as well as possibly neck. Now what I do is I take a liquid exfoliator and I usually apply it with a brush just to lay down an exfoliating base all over the skin. This is the best way to exfoliate because you’re giving the skin a preparation before using any kind of cream exfoliator which is a little bit more harsh. So you just apply a really thin layer all over the surface that you’re exfoliating and as I said you can bring it down onto the neck if you would like just to exfoliate any dead skin because the surfaces are all relatively similar. Then you want to take a cream exfoliator and just really gently in circular motions exfoliate any dead skin. This is a process that you can do a few times a week if not every day depending on how gentle the exfoliating process is and how gentle the product is. It’s just important to work in small circular motions because that’s the best way to remove any kind of dead skin gently. You kind of want to massage the product in just so it works properly. Now after apply the product and working it in with your hands you want to let it sit for a couple minutes just so the exfoliating process can finish and then you can rinse it off with cool water and apply moisturizer to the give the product its proper effect.
