How to Exfoliate Heels

Hi my name is Anton and I’m here on behalf of ExpertVillage.com and today I’m going to be demonstrating exfoliating the foot specifically the heel. What I’m going to do is I’m just going to use a generic salt scrub, products like this are available at any beauty supply stores as well as any major stores that carry beauty supply products. I’m just applying a generous amount to the heel and I’m working in a circular motion, now you can work with a little bit of pressure because the heel takes a lot of abuse and there’s a lot of dead skin. So what you can do is just work in a circular motion to remove all those dead skin cells. The best place to do this is the shower because your skin is a lot softer and a lot more dead skin is going to come off, however if you do it outside you just want to rinse it off with cool water and use a moisturizer afterwards just to protect the skin.
