Cook Vegetables for Chinese Soba Noodles

Hi my name is Jane Murphy and I'm a chef today at Zen Clay cafe in Morgan Town, West Virgina and I'm going to be showing you how to make a heart healthy receipt called Chinese soba noodle on behalf of Expert Village. Okay now we are back to our boiling which we have to boil again and take our dish of vegetables that we have done ahead of time and tofu just dump them in. And we are going to let them boil depending on your vegetables about a minute that is all it is going to take.
