Prepare the Wok to Cook Chinese Soba Noodles

Hi my name is Jane Murphy and I'm a chef today at Zen Clay cafe in Morgan Town, West Virgina and I'm going to be showing you how to make a heart healthy receipt called Chinese soba noodle on behalf of Expert Village. Our next step is to boil the noodles so what we need to do is have a pot and some water that we put in it. I'm using a wok station that I'm sure you don't have at home but you just need to do is get a pot, fill it with water and put it on your stove and bring it to a boil. Next turn your stove on, my takes that wok I wish I did have one of these at home and let it boil.
