Questions & AnswersHi my name is Jane Murphy and I'm a chef today at Zen Clay cafe in Morgan Town, West Virgina and I'm going to be showing you how to make a heart healthy recipe called Chinese soba noodle on behalf of Expert Village. In the next step I take my mushrooms that are now hydrated and they have a tough stem that you do not want to eat so we are first going to cut off the stem and dispose of that. Then cut it into thin slices I'm going to be adding about 3 large mushrooms.
