How to do a Word Prediction Magic Trick with a Calculator

Hi everybody. Let me tell you how to do that cool word trick or the cool book trick using the 1089 principal. It's going to work the same way as I showed you before. He's going to come up with a 3 digit number. This is the one he used before, then he's going to reverse and subtract the smaller from the bigger. In this case, he came up with 99. Now, anytime the first and last digit are one digit apart like 3 and 2, 4 and 5, 6 and 7, you're going to end up with 99 as a result. What you do is you put a 0 after it. You put plus 099, you add them together, and you'll get 1089. This part always works like we explained before. Now, in this particular case, I had him turn to page 10 in the book, which is right here. I had him count down 8 lines and go over to the 9th word and it was that. Now, there's another way you can do this. You can have him turn to page 108, which is right here, and you can have him use the 9th word on the line. 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9. Actually, we should have done that because criterion would have been a cooler word than that but that's okay. You can look through your book in advance and see which way you want to do it. You can either do this is the page, that's the line, that's the word, You can do page 108, look at the 9th word on the 1st line, the 9th word on the last line. You could look at the 1st word on the 9th line. You could use any of those words that are interesting that you want to use. That's how you apply it to a book. Good book, you should check it out. A book you might have in your office. You should do that, put some fun presentational tips in it and that's how you do the cool word test with the 1089 principal.
