Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. We've have taken our chicken wings and we've fried those to a golden brown and we also have our sauce that we make and now what we want to do is mix the chicken wings with the sauce so we can get a nice coating of the sauce over the chicken wings. And we would gently turn those around in the sauce making sure that they are cover and we add a few more wings to this. And we are getting that soy and vinegar and those little pieces of garlic to cover our wings. Just want to get it completely coated and then what we would do is we would remove these wings from the sauce and continue on with the rest of our batch and then we would move on to our next step.
