Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. Now we are going to prepare our pan we are going to use like a cookie sheet with a low edge and we are going to actually going to cover that with a piece of foil. We are going to put once we put on chicken wings in the sauce we are actually going to transfer them to this sheet and because like I said they are going to be sticky with the sugar mixture in there. So we are actually spray this sheet with a little oil just to try to keep them from sticking and once you put them in and get them in there and they do stick just you know let them cool down a little bit and you should be easily be able to pry them off of the foil. But the foil itself should keep them from sticking to much anyway we got our pan ready and let's move on to our next step.
