Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. Okay let's move on to mixing our flour we are using about a cup of flour for these group of wings that we are doing so we are adding our flour and then we are going to mix in the same seasoning that we used to seasoning on chicken. We are going to put in our flour mixture because cooking and flavors is about layers. Okay we got our seasonings in there we kind of mix that around you can use a fork I like to use a whisk. For me it is easier to make sure that I have gotten that seasoning mixed throughout the flour and it would help the chicken taste good on all sides. Anyway there is our flour mixture with our seasoning and we are going to move on to our next step.
