Cutting Garlic for Creole BBQ Chicken Wings

Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. Okay now we are going to cut our garlic our garlic is going to be put in the sauce so we are going to actually going to try to get some little fine dices of this garlic. Just cut up some small dices and it would give the sauce a little bite. Just take our time and like I said some small dices of garlic. You can use more or less I'm using about 2 cloves of garlic in this receipt I like it with a little bit and then like I always say I love garlic. So continue to make some small dices of garlic. Once again this is one of the ingredients that will be used in the sauce. Anyway we would continue to chop up our garlic and move on.
