How to Cut Wings for Creole BBQ Chicken Wings
Hi my name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole barbecue chicken wing receipt. Okay now we are going to take a look at our chicken wings which we are going to use the wing but what we are going to do is we are going to separate the wing right here at the joint. And if you prefer some people prefer to cut of the little tip on the end and you can save these us it if you want to make your own chicken stock these work good for that, throw in some gumbo they work good for that. Anyway we are going to cut ours though just at the one joint separating the drummlet. And we are going to keep the tip on I like the tip, people in my household like the tip so and we would just cut these right in the joint, you can feel it right there and you would just cut down. You can actually break it apart and you can see the joint. Cut straight through. Anyway we continue to cut up our chicken wings and move on to the next step.
