Questions & AnswersHello my name is Denise Robinson on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to talk about the loft. How to take a space a large space and divide it up into small living quarters. Now we're going to work on the focal area of the dining room, we're going to start at the base with some floor covering, going to use 2 small area rugs with the colors of black and green. I'm using as a guide to line them up my lantern and I'm going to place them on the floor like so, going to leave a space of the actual flooring in between and once that is layed I'm going to go to the next step and put the tables and the chairs on. Now with this area I'm using the green and black color theme and if you wanted to you can accent those same colors and bring something with those colors onto your tray, your bookshelf. You might want to switch out and be decorative and find maybe green coffee maker, mugs, you can just accent and make out this area pop out more with the colors that your going to use in your central area here.
