How to Combine Egg & Breadcrumbs to Make Greek Falafel

Hello my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and we are going to move on with the falafel and I'm going to show you we are going to add one egg to it yolk and whites and you are going to add about a cup of bread crumbs. Since we have added all that bread crumb definitely want to seasoning so you just want to put salt not to much and fresh ground black pepper those are you 2 main seasonings. You just kind of want to whisk that there you go through your whole mixture. You want to make sure that all those bread crumbs are totally mixed in there. Now if you can see it is pretty wet I mean it is pretty dry but what you want to do is you want to make it wet so you want to add extra virgin olive oil and you just want to keep adding oil until this gets nice and thick. What you want to do is be able to form it to a tight patty. As you can see it is a pretty good patty and that is going to be our falafel. Next I'm going to add our seasonings I'm going to show you how to do that in the next segment.
