How to Garnish the Greek Dish Spanakopita

Hi everybody my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to be talking about the spanakopita and how to garnish the plate. For garnish I'm going use a little bit of paprika, paprika is kind of like chili powder and color but it has a nice sweet taste to it. We are also going to be using some parsley although I'm just going to use a little bit of the parsley about that much of it. I'm also going to be using yogurt in a squirt bottle. Now what I did I left the yogurt kind of sit out of the refrigerator for a little bit so the consistency kind of came to a liquid consistency and I stuck inside one of these squirt bottles kind of like your average mustard squirt bottle and this is great cause you can make it a design if you like on a plate. You can do what you want and you are free to do some kind of art with it. As far as the flat leaf parsley goes you can use any part of it I recommend getting a nice pretty sprig like this one here, then cutting it and that is nice and pretty. You can use anything for garnish, anything that comes to mind. You don't necessarily have to use anything if you don't want spanakopita is usually serve on it's own but for this instance I'm going to show you how to garnish and how to make a complete plate out of it. Thank you.
