How to Season the Greek Dish Spanakopita

Hi everybody my name is J and I'm talking on behalf of Expert Village we are going to keep making our tzatziki sauce. Now what I did I ended up tasting my tzatziki sauce and I think I want to add some garlic powder to it so what I'm going to do is add just a touch of garlic powder and to my taste buds I need a little bit more salt and I need a little bit more pepper. Now guys this is the beauty of cooking you can taste you food along the way and you can add stuff if you like, you know you can make stuff up. It all has to do with the love or cooking, the love of food, if you love it then you know you are going to be able to make some good food your whole life. Cook for your friends and family and they would enjoy it many many times over and over again. If you want to add more cucumber you can guys, if you want to add less yogurt or less sour cream you can it is up to you. This is my variation of tzatziki sauce if you want add mint I recommend mint is a very very good I don't have any on hand but it is very very delicious with this sauce. Now if you like you can add this to the refrigerator and make it as much thicker consistency, if you like or you can just leave it like this. It is up to you me I'm going to stick in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes and let it get a little thicker and it would be nice and ready to go.
