Hello my name is Donaill Dixon and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be talking about beginning basketball. Another two stretches that would be very useful when getting conducting, basketball training will be stretching your back out and also will be calve extensions. The reason why I say stretching your back out because you're going to be doing a whole lot of jumping whether it's rebounding, offensive rebounding, a jump shot, just to name a few. Also calve extensions are very good because you're going to be using your calves a lot as far as like jumping and doing rebounding whether it's offensive or defensive and because you can get cramped up a whole lot during the game. It's always good to always stretch your calves.
