Hello my name is Donaill Dixon and on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to be talking about beginning basketball. Next I will be talking about two passes that you would need when playing basketball. The first one would be the two hand chest pass and the next one I'll be talking about would be the bounce pass. These are both passes you would need when playing in a basketball game because they will help you from creating a lot of turnovers. They help you when you pick up your dribble and you can't shoot no more and you don't have a shot you're going to need to pass the ball and they're also good for setting up your oppose man or setting up your guard which is the 1, 2 or also setting up the big man which is 3 or 4. Now when doing the chest pass you always want to make sure you have two hands on the ball and whether it's your right handed or left handed it doesn't really matter, you always want to have two hands on the ball. Make sure that you step in when passing the ball just like that. Then the next pass we're going to be doing is the bounce pass. This is also a drill of where you pass when you take two hands on the ball whether it's your right hand or your left hand and this time you'll be bouncing it at more of a nice angle looking at your other offensive player in the eyes when passing the ball. Make sure whenever you're doing your bounce pass you always have one leg above the other leg when doing it. This is very essential when doing the bounce pass and it's also good.
