Hello my name is Donaill Dixon and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be talking about beginning basketball. The next thing I'm going to be talking about is free throws. Free throws are a very crucial part to the game. Also when shooting free throws is all about concentration, rhythm and a whole lot of practice. Now when you're shooting free throws it can dictate you from winning and from loosing a whole game, because you might be down by one point and you miss one free throw and you loose the whole game. Now when shooting free throws you always want to make sure you're square with the basket, you always have your feet squared, not go over the white line because you go over the white line it's a violation and you would get no shot for free throws. When you shot free throws you make sure that you use very good form, you bend your knees and also when you're shooting free throws make sure that you block everything out.
