How to Apply Nighttime Eyeliner

Hi my name is Anton and I’m here on behalf of ExpertVillage.com and I’m going to demonstrate today night eyeliner. So what I’m going to do is I’m going to take a basic black eyeliner and I’m just going to add a tiny bit, not a terrible amount on the lash line on both sides of the eye. I’m extending it out a little bit just past the lash line the best way to do it is to look at it against the brow bone, you can kind of see how far you can go and I’m just bringing that down to about the middle of the eyelid. Now I’m going to take an angled brush and I’m going to blend that in just to soften the line so it’s not just a harsh line and to give it a little bit more depth and to blend it in a little bit better with the eye makeup. I usually blend it all the way across. Now I chose black because black is great for night and black also goes with any skin undertone, so whether or not you have those yellow undertones in your skin or those more pink undertones, whether or not you’re more cool or warm toned, black is great because it gives you a good edge for night and it also blends in with your undertone. I’m going to add a tiny bit in the outside corner underneath as well, and I’m just going to blend that with my angled brush just to kind of bring a little more focus to the bottom lid as well. And then I’m just going to softly blend that out. My contact information is adoniststar03@yahoo.com.
