Hello my name is Donaill Dixon and on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to be talking about beginning basketball. A great conditioning drill to make you a better offense player and defensive player and make sure that you're good through your first quarter, second quarter, third quarter or the fourth quarter and also it's a good condition drill so you won't get tired in practice. Also it's a good drill because you always will be in shape and always make you a more condition athlete as far as when you're going against a good team that is probably a good athletic team, but they're probably sometimes not a good condition team. So this conditioning drill is a drill use without the ball and when you're doing the suicide drill you want to make sure you touch the free throw line, the 3 point line, the half court line and you want to do that all the way full court until you're done. Now, you probably want to do 3 sets and it'll probably be good to keep you in condition, 3 sets of suicides.
