How to Connect Designs with Henna
Hello this is Heather for Expert Village. We just finished doing a lotus flower with a ohm in the center as part of an Indian bridal design and now what we're going to do is connect that ohm to the rest of the design that we've already started. So we're going to take a vine and some leaves and extend it down to the peacock using some of the same shapes that were in the peacock so that we have continuality throughout the whole design. You might want to stick with the shape that's kind of similar to what you've already been working with, the continuality. It doesn't have to be exactly the same, but just that kind of feel. One thing that enhances every henna design and people just really love when you add four dots, just four little dots everywhere. So what we're actually going to do is put those all around the lotus flower too. You do that by just squeezing without moving your hand and it just kind of goes into a dot on its own.
