How to Cut the Bottom for Chest of Drawers

Hi this is Jon on behalf of Expert Village in this video clip we will cutting out our bottom. The remainder of our sheet of plywood is to be used for the bottom, now since that bottom piece and top piece we're the same size we cut them both off at the same time to give us our length. For our top piece we set our saw to 19 1/4 because when you add that trim that's going to equal 20 and give us our depth. Now since we just cut out our top our saw should be set to 19 1/4" but you want to sure just to double check. And this one is still set correctly so now we're ready to make our cut. Now that we have made our sides, our top, and our bottom we are ready to make our cleats.
