Practicing Qigong to Overcome Fatigue

Certain forms of internal Qigong can be used for patients suffering from chronic fatigue syndrome, or people with mental or physical fatigue. The famous Eight-section of brocade Qigong or Energizing Qigong developed by Master Jiao is suitable to reduce physical fatigue, and to strengthen muscles. Energizing Qigong is composed of mainly two exercises: Morning Exercises and Evening Exercises, each with 8 forms of movements. The evening exercises are the same as the Eight-section of brocade Qigong. These forms of exercises share a common closing form to help recover normal Qi state quicker. For mental fatigue, breath-guided relaxation Qigong is suitable. Normally, it is advised to practice Qigong for 10 to 30 min each session, once or twice a day that will produce marvelous refreshing and energizing results.
