Practicing Qigong for Weight Loss

Many forms of Qigong can be used for weight control or weight loss, Slim Qigong is one of the most effective. Composed of two forms: Frog Qigong and Tiding Qigong, when it is practiced, it can minimize the hunger feeling through changing abdominal pressure, so it is a natural approach to dieting. It can also improve the overall metabolism in the whole body to help transfer energy storage inside the body, and relieve the side effects resulted from the dieting. When practicing Slim Qigong, combining a short term of dieting can help attain optimal results. Usually, if one fasts, side effects may show up, such as weakness, dizziness, hypoglycemia or lower blood sugar. With this approach, there are no such side effects because abdominal fat storage can be activated as the source of the energy. Therefore, one can lose pounds and inches quickly and effectively without side effects.
