Blow Dryers for Dog Grooming

Another thing that can be very useful for a long coated dog breed is a blow dryer. If you're going to be bathing your dog, you've got 2 options. You can dry their hair or you can let it air dry. If it's in the winter time, unless you're able to keep the dog very warm, you're probably going to want to blow dry the coat. If you're working with a dog that you're showing and you want to straighten the coat, you're probably going to want to blow dry it. There's a lot of different styles of blow dryers. I've got one here that I'm going to show you. You can put this one on your table top or you can have it set on the floor right below. it's a small canister style. It has a hoes attachment, fairly convenient tool to work with, fairly small. You attach the hoes right to the canister and then you can use the hoes for drying the dog. This one has a couple of different attachments. This attachment here concentrates the air. You can see that it's a narrowing attachment. So when you place it on here it concentrates the air into a smaller spot. It makes the air force stronger. This one is the opposite. This diffuses the air. So this would blow over a greater area. It would defuse in a span. It's giving the same opening, but it's got some little teeth here and you can use that on the dog when you're blow drying it.
