The next exercise that I’m going to demonstrate is called a front raise, I will do this sitting and standing for you. Feet together, with or without your weights, hands dropped down in front of you. You can do this with straight arms or with bent elbows, it’s up to you. Abs are tight, only the arms move, lift as high as you can but don’t come past those shoulders and lower. Good. Exhale lift, inhale lower. You only want to move those arms. Exhale lift and inhale lower. Very good. And lower. You can also do these standing, based on your balance – listen to your body. Go ahead and come up, feet hip width apart, this time arms in front of your thighs, abs are tight. And exhale lift and lower. Again you don’t want to hyperextend, so only come even with your shoulders, not any higher. And lower. Good.
