Serving Creole Style Rice

This is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole style rice dish. So here we have it our finished product it is a creole style dirty rice where we substituted ground beef for the chicken livers. We started of by cutting our holly trinity which where the onion, bell pepper, and celery. We then cut up some pepper, garlic, and I added that to the beef after we have browned it. Then we added out soups to the mix we used the French onion, we used cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup. A couple cups of water mix that in, 2 cups of rice and here we have our creole style rice we would just sprinkle a few green onions over the top and there you have it a creole style rice.
