Mixing Soup With Creole Style Rice

This is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole style rice dish. Okay we have our ground beef browned with our holly trinity so we are going to put that all into this dish and right now we are going to add those 3 soups that I have told you about earlier and that would be the cream of mushroom just dump it in there. The cream of chicken, and the French onion and then we are also going to add 2 cups of water to that and we want to get this mixed up with that ground beef and we want to mix it very well so we break down the soups. It would be at this point if you wanted to increase the heat on it you would add those chopped Serrano peppers to this. I'm going to mix it up really well so we would get this all mixed up and then we would move on to our next step.
