Cutting Celery For Creole Style Rice

This is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole style rice dish. Okay the thrid part of our holly trinity is the celery and we are jsut going to take that rib of celery and just cut them all in the cneter and then turn it and make some small dices. Like I said this is the third part of our holly trinity which once again it is the onion, bell pepper, and celery. If you replace the celery with carrot then you have a mariple. We would jsut get that nice and chopped and once again we take our knife and run through it just to get the pieces a little bit smaller and here we have the thrid and final piece of out holly trinity the celery.
