Cutting Onions For Creole Style RiceThis is Karl James owner of Creolesoul catering located in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village I'm here to show you a creole style rice dish. Okay now lets start with our onion the first part of our holly trinity I'm just going to make some slices down the side of the onions and then come back and just some small chops along the side. We have our onion just run your knife through it a little bit more just to make the pieces a little bit smaller and we have our first part of our holly trinity the onion.
