Hi I'm Karl James of Creosoul Catering and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a tangy sticky chicken wing recipe. We've taking our chicken wings and we've fried those to a golden brown and we also have our sauce that we made and now that we want to do is mix the chicken wings with the sauce. So we can get a nice coating of the sauce over the chicken wings and we'll gently turn those around in the sauce making sure that there covered, add a few more wings to this. And we're getting that soy, that vineager, sugar, and those little pieces of garlic to cover our wings, you want to get them completely coated and then what we'll do is we'll remove these wings from the sauce and continue on with our rest our batch and then we'll move on to our next step.
