Hi I'm Karl James of Creosoul Catering and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a tangy sticky chicken wing recipe. Now we're going to prep our sauce, a tangy sticky sauce, it's going to consist of about 3 tablespoons of soy, 3 tablespoons of water, you may notice I'm giving you an exact measurement on these, we're going to put a pinch of about a teaspoon of salt, and a little garlic powder, 1/2 of teaspoon, 1/2 cup of white vineager, and a cup of sugar and we'll take this, I'm going to get this mixed up very well we want that sugar to dissolve so I use a whisk, break up those pieces of sugar in there and then lets add our garlic, I'm going to mix this up really good, this is what we're going to coat our chicken with once we have them fried just before we put it in the oven. Now that we have our sauce mixed lets move on to the next step.
