Hi I'm Karl James of Creosoul Catering and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm here to show you a tangy sticky chicken wing recipe. We dredge our chicken wings, our seasoned chicken wings in some seasoned flour and now we're going to put those in a deep fryer here, we're going to fry them till there a golden brown, cause we want that bit of fried crispiness and that color of the fry it will give the chicken wings before we put them in the sauce and transfer them to the oven. You we're really not frying them completely your going to finish them up in the oven so it'll finish cooking in the oven. It's just like browning any other way normally we brown them in a skillet or pot and this way we're browning by deep frying just to get that crispiness in the chicken wings that the fryer can provide. You don't necessarily have to use a deep fryer you can use a deep skillet if you like, so you get a little color on those wings and that crispiness of the frying gives us. So we'll continue frying our wings and move on to our next step.
