Pizza Crust Recipe for Deep Dish Pizza

My name is Karl James owner of Creolesoul in Round Rock, Texas and on behalf of Expert Village, I am here to show you a deep crust biscuit pizza. Okay let's look at putting our crust together Like I said we are going to use store bought biscuits. We are using the fluffy biscuits so you can actually peel these in layers. First we are going to take our little pan here and spray a little Pam in there and oil the sides and bottom; just a little bit of that. Then we will take our biscuits, like I said we can pull them apart and like I said we are going to line our pan with the biscuits and we'll break them in half and we'll just mash them down. We are making the bottom portion of our crust and because as say they are fluffy, that is why I put them in layers. Then we continue to go from biscuit to biscuit. Like I say if you have kids this is kind of a fun little recipe. Anyway we will continue to layer our biscuits and then what we are going to do after that is we are going to go up the sides until we have our crust completed and we will go on from there.
