How to Make a Garter for Homecoming

Hi I’m Heather DeHoyos and I’m here with Expert Village to show you how to make a homecoming mum. If you’re going to make a garter, it’s a little different than making a regular mum. Then you’re going to fit your mum, you’ll be glue gunning it in here where you put this, so the back of its free. And here comes the tricky part. This you’re going to have to put your clear one because you’re going to glue gun it inside somehow or on here, just make sure you don’t burn yourself. Stick it through and its possible trust me, so it will be like this so he won’t catch anything on his shirt when he wears it because it goes like this up here.
