Hi Heather, what a small world, I too have been making mums and floral, party arrangements for about 10 years and even more wierd my last name is De Hoyos too. I did not make many mums this year but did make for my son and baby sister (last year). This is a great video and have fowarded it a friend who will be making her first mum to her son's friend. Hi I’m Heather DeHoyos and I’m here with Expert Village to show you how to make a homecoming mum. We’re going to need 3, I told you 2, but I forgot – sorry. We’re going to need 3 because when you place this on here, make sure to go behind it like this, make sure it goes in the little hole in the back one like this. See. You’re going to put a fresh one here and you’re going to glue gun it so the staples in the back won’t cut or ruin any outfit that you have or save you from getting scratched. Let’s see if I can get this in the hole. No I can’t. So it will be like this, smooth. So when you get it on, it won’t hurt anything. Okay.
