How to Do Cross Grab Hand Releases in Ninjutsu

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Anthony Lucas of the Bujinkan Koteki Dojo in New York City. Today, I'm going to show beginning techniques of Ninjutsu. Okay this next technique is the second one of the tei hoducki, which is the hand release techniques and, Mara this time is going to cross grab. So, if Mara cross grabs for this technique, I'm going as she comes to punch, I'm a step off to the side and get a release from her hand okay? So, again if she grabs, she's ready to punch, so, as she comes to punch I'm going to step off into jumunchi and, release from her grip. Again, let's look at it in real time so, if Mara grabs me, and I step to the side, she falls. Let's look at it again, real slow, slow down, but in real time. So, she's comes to grab, she wants to come punch, I'll come here, and basically from the lock she's locked and, now I got her captured.
