How to Do Arm Twist in Ninjutsu

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Anthony Lucas of the Bujinkan Kotecki Dojo in New York City. Today I'm going to show beginning techniques of Ninjutsu. Okay the next technique is called uni kodaki, pretty much one of the basic techniques in a beginners course of Ninjutsu. Okay, madam come and grab, so, as she grab I will put my hand here to sort of like, to a, make physical contact with her. So, as she does that I am going to rock in. As I rock in, I'm going to put my left hand under her grabbing arm and, I'm going to turn her in. Now, as I turn in, I'm trying to drop to the floor. So, what it looks like again, from a punching perspective, madam grab like she's going to punch, I will step on block. As I block, I will come close to her, turn in, and, drop to the floor. So, real time, so what it looks like when madam comes for the punch, I'll come here step in, drop, and bring her to the floor.
