How to Do Bo Staff Ninjutsu Moves

On behalf of Expert Village my name is Anthony Lucas of the Bujinkan Kateki Dojo in New York City. Today I'm going to show beginning techniques of Ninjutsu. Okay, the next two techniques I'm going to do is from with the bow, which is the six foot staff, which is one of the many of the weapons in the ninjas arsenal. Okay, so as we do this, I am this sort of passing in enemy farm. So as I'm here Mariss wants to come and grab, as she grabs the stick she wants to hold it to get the position of punch. As she comes punch I step up with my arm, and I'll just bring the bow here to the side. If I'm here I'm just going to walk it and go like this and this is basically beat just like that. Okay, so the next one real quick. So real slow she'll grab, she comes and punch, I will step back, I will block. As I block I will bring it down, the bow and I will do this and put it back of the neck and just drop my weight.
