Inward Wrist Turn Ninjutsu Techniques

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Anthony Lucas of the Bujinkan Koteki Dojo, located in New York City. Today I'm going to show you the beginning techniques of Ninjustu. The third technique of the Kateko Dojo is the gripping portion is called, Ura Kote Gyaku. So from here Meredith will grab my lapel ready to punch. But before she does that, I will hold that, step back to 200, I will use my left hand to go over to her grabbing hand, and I will shift my weight over and turn her wrist inwardly. Then I just come in and walk like that let her fall to the floor. Ok and now for a different angle, Meredith will grab my lapel and I will step back, bring my right hand over bend her wrists inwardly, then step in and drop as she falls. So what it looks in real time, when Meredith grabs I would basically step off and go, then come back, and let her fall to the floor.
