Block & Parry Ninjutsu Techniques

On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Anthony Lucas of the Buji-kan Koteki dojo in New York City. Today I'm going to show beginning techniques of ninjitsu. The second technique from the kihon-happo of the three strikes is jumunji-no-kata. Okay? Alright, so I'm in more like now an aggressive fighting position. Marilyn is in kumai. So as Marilyn comes with a punch, I will step off-line. I will block, strike her in her ribs with my thumbs. She will come with the next punch, I will step off, strike again, come in with my thumb with the other side. And I will go back into kumai. Okay, let's look at this again. From---so I'm in kumai. As Marilyn comes in with a punch, I will step off-line, strike, thumb, come up. She will come with the next one. I will do another block, strike in, and come up to kumai. So look at this like sort of a real-time. So as Marilyn comes in, I will come here, strike. She comes, strike. And come back to kumai. So, real quick, from hein-ka perspective, Marilyn will come in, strike, and she will fall. And that ends that technique.
