I'm Susan Bellone on behalf of Expert Village. Today we are talking about red light techniques. In the last segment, we learned the shoulder shrug. In this segment, we will learn the head lean. Gently lean your head to one side and to another. You can feel the tension begin to release as you do this simple exercise. In our next segment, we will be practicing the 3 techniques that we learned.
