How to Relax with Shoulder Shrugs

I'm Susan Bellone on behalf of Expert Village. We are discussing red light relaxation technique. In our last segment, we took a deep breath. In this segment, I will be teaching you the shoulder shrug. To do a shoulder shrug, put your shoulders up to your ears and hold it for a couple of seconds and relax. And once again and relax. In our next segment, we will be learning our third technique which is head lean.
