Arriving Early for Job Interviews

This is Peggy Charlton for Expert Village talking about job interviews. We've already got our application done, we've figured out what job you want, we've got our resume and we are all ready to go. So we are going to actually think about the time of the interview. Your employer has either contacted you about the time of the interview or you have called them and scheduled one. Now first thing you do and you are all dressed up and looking professional, the very first thing you do and is up utmost importance is to be there before the interview starts. You want to go 10 minutes in advance probably, 15. There are two reasons you want to do this. Number one, it gives a good message to you. Wow! This person is responsible and they are here 15 minutes early. Secondly, you can check out the job place. You can look around and see how people interact with the secretary or the other people that are working there and it can give you a good idea if you really like the enviroment.
