.38 Special: Home Defense & Self Defense Pistol

This is the old standby 38 Special Double Action Revolver. This is a farm made weapon and it is a 4 inch barrel used for use under 50 yards. What I have here is a hollow point self defense ammo. This would be an ideal home defense gun. Not too heavily on the penetration and able to be controlled by small shooters such as women.
